I am not keen on giving bad reviews and quite frankly, rarely do. But I will only write a positive review if the service has gone above and beyond. With that in mind on with the review... Unfortunately, my case drug on for nearly 2 years. I used Brian about 10 years ago for the same thing, dealing with the same individual. I had reached back out to Brian on this case from the get go. However, due to scheduling conflicts, we were not able to work together initially (moreso that I was a little impatient given the circumstances). Those of you who are curious....ask Brian briefly about my case. I realize he can't go into details, but he will tell you, this was one of the most insane cases he has ever dealt with. I have a close personal friend who is a family attorney, and she said this is the worst case of this specific type of situation she has ever seen. Honestly, they deserve a bad review. They made it somewhat ok in the end, which is why I havent. But because of them, I completely missed out on visitations and holidays, including Christmas. The 2nd attorney I hired, hardly ever responded; when he did, it was several days, weeks later. I got put in a worse situation because of his inaction. He no longer works at that firm. So my case got escalated to the top....the best in the firm right? WRONG! I'll just leave that there...
